Planning Committee Chair

Dr. Nataliya Panasiuk brings more than twenty years of experience in K–8 education as a teacher, instructional leader, and school administrator. She has opened schools, built academic and operational systems, and led faculties through periods of rapid growth — work that has shaped her conviction that strong schools are built deliberately, one relationship and one system at a time. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Organizational Management, with specialized expertise in curriculum design, multilingual education, and instructional coaching. She is a member of the inaugural cohort of the SC Charter Founders Fellowship. Dr. Panasiuk believes that rigor and warmth are not opposites — that children do their most ambitious thinking in places where they feel known. At Bridge Point, she is building a school where hands-on STEAM learning, small-group instruction, and genuine belonging come together for every family in Indian Land.
